Quick Start Guide

Power On
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the screen lights up. The device will automatically search for the best network.

Connect Your Device
Find the WiFi network name (SSID) and password displayed on the device screen. Connect your phone, tablet, or laptop to this network.

Start Browsing
Once connected, you can immediately access the internet. The VPN is pre-configured and will work automatically for international websites.

Troubleshooting
No Signal? Try moving near a window or restarting the device. Ensure you are in a covered city.
Slow Speed? Check if you have exceeded the 20GB daily limit. Speed resets at midnight China Time.
Can't Connect? Verify the password on the device screen. Forget the network on your device and reconnect.
Battery Draining Fast? Reduce the number of connected devices and lower screen brightness. Carry a power bank for extended use.

- Keep the device dry - avoid rain and water exposure
- Do not disassemble or modify the device
- Store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight
- Charge with the provided cable only
- Report any damage immediately to our support team
Returning the Device
Your package includes a prepaid return envelope. Simply place the device and accessories back in the envelope and drop it off at:
- Any hotel front desk (ask them to mail it)
- Any post office
- Airport postal service counter
The $15 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the device.
