Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ChinaWiFiGo provides portable WiFi device rental services for international travelers visiting China. Our devices connect to local 5G/4G networks and provide internet access to connected devices.

2. Rental Agreement

By booking our service, you agree to:

• Use the device for lawful purposes only
• Not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device
• Return the device by the agreed end date using the provided return envelope
• Pay for any damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Accept that data usage is limited to 20GB per day at high speed

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A $15 USD refundable deposit is required per device. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer hotel delivery and airport pickup options. Delivery to the hotel is typically completed by 6:00 PM on the start date. Airport pickup locations and times will be confirmed via WhatsApp after booking.

5. Device Return

Devices must be returned within 24 hours of the rental end date using the prepaid return envelope provided. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.

6. Liability

ChinaWiFiGo is not responsible for:

• Network outages or service interruptions caused by carrier issues
• Data loss or security breaches on connected devices
• Travel delays or changes that affect delivery or pickup
• Content accessed or downloaded using our devices

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wuhan, Hubei Province.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
